My name is Ben Kingston
I'm a business and estate planning attorney with over 20 years of legal experience. I grew up in Omaha, Nebraska, and went on to be a student-athlete (football) at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. After graduating from UNL, I moved to Southern California, where I attended and earned my juris doctorate from Pepperdine University's Caruso School of Law. After spending the first ten years of my career as a litigator, I turned my focus to business law and estate planning.
For Businesses
I've always been an entrepreneur at heart, sometimes for better and sometimes for worse (that's the life of one). For the past 10+ years, my business law practice has focused on helping entrepreneurs form, finance, and run their businesses, including drafting and negotiating agreements, protecting their IP, and handling labor issues, to name a few.
Ben acts as our external "in-house" counsel. We ask him to draft and negotiate all of our customer-facing service agreements, protect our IP, ensure that we are compliant with all CA licensing regs, and handle any labor issues that arise. He is indispensable for our business.
